Dennis sure had fun doing this interview, why does he always get to do the fun stuff? I cry foul. {{laughing}}. We'd like to thank Justin Surrency from CTV-15 and some of the team that was there that day; Fabian Gonzalez and Paul Jenson.
We continue to love what we do so much and we're getting out there one day at a time. As with anything....
Its always cool to see people out there writing blogs on our stuff. To find these posts feels so awesome and we'd like to give some props to The Gear Caster The Gear Caster for writing this up. We sure appreciate it!
HighFly Clothing & Apparel presents Dylan Gangel teaches us all how to blunt stall on a skateboard. He aslo shows different variations of tricks such as nollie blunt, blunt disaster, blunt axle, blunt feeble and blunt stapplegun. This was filmed at Little Canada Skatepark in Minnesota. Enjoy!
We just released our first press release and after only 6 hours, its been sent to over 4200 associated press members and we have 50 links on the search engines from newspapers and websites picking up the story. Its super exciting for us and we cant thank everyone enough for the immense support!
So..... we were out and came across this massive abandoned warehouse. This place has some sweet culture with all the graffiti everywhere. It has more space than fantasy factory - but talk about a major fixer upper? Looks like the place has been this way for a couple years. The inside looks close to hell; broken lights scattered across the whole entire floor, every single window is smashed and broken, theres debris spread out all over, access wood out in corners, rats, standing water and a lake in the basement. Enough said LOL.
However...... if you could look past the mess, a place like this has so much possibility! There is so much room in this place that you could put a series of different skate parts. You could put in street, vert, cement, training park and any different area you could think of and still only fill up half of it. We could have the biggest skate contests, our own shop where we could sell our own gear. People would be able to chill, play video games, have all sorts of activities if you aren't in the mood to skate. The possibilities are endless. If you can dream big............the place could fit all of them in it and you know what? Dreaming big is what we do... a place like this is going to be HighFly headquarters one of these days. Watch us....
We really strive to listen to each and every one of you anytime we get feedback but now, we are asking for it. We are focusing our efforts on our website and things we offer on the site. If you could take some time to let us know what you think, that would be awesome! It will take you less than 5 min to complete and your insight is invaluable. Can you fill out the survey for us and help us out?
Well, we finally introduced our first beanie! We tried to develop the first beanie using colors we knew everyone would like - white, gray and black. You cant go wrong with basic colors and we think you'll agree, they will go with lots of stuff! The black beanie has a little purple around the white lettering, gray has blue, and the white has red. It can be side worn with the tag on the opposite side or it can be front worn and tag would be in the back. We'll let you decide which way is hotter. Check them out in the store!
